We arrived late at night in the beginning of September. It was pitchblack and you only could see the streetlight next to the habour office. We had to navigate carefully, but the harbour design is not very complicated.
I guess we arrived out of season, because there was noone there, not even in the morning and the buildings were closed. We found some electricity, but nothing else. There is no settlement close by, just nature. All in all it seemed to be a new harbour in pretty good shape. I can't say much about the accomodations since everything was closed.

You have to inform the port control via VHF when you enter and leave.
In the dark it was kinda difficult to navigate to the guest harbour. You have to cross the industrial port and there are a lot of bright lights. The entrance to the marina is marked with a green light, but the bright lights from the factory buildings made the entry hard to spot, so navigate carefully in the dark. It is very easy to find at daylight.
There are some mooring spots an some spots at the pier. The harbour office is very friendly. Call them in advance if you arrive late, they will give you the code for the toilets and showers. They are very helpful, if you need some gas (diesel) from the next fuelstop. You cannot get diesel right at the harbour. Showers and toilets were clean and in good shape.
The walk to the city centre is about 30 minutes.

The harbour is on the north end of the Curonian Spit. To get to the town Klaipeda you have to use the ferry. The area is very nature oriented, but there are some restaurants, too.
The harbour is easy to navigate. You have to keep a lookout for cargo ships and ferrys though. The industrial harbour is right across the canal. The marina personnel is very friendly and helpful. The accomodations are in good shape and clean.

The bridge at the entry of the harbour opens every full hour. Please inform port control on VHF channel 12 about your arrival. You can wait in the basin at the beginning of the harbour or in front of the bridge.
The harbour itself is small and easy to navigate. Call the harbour master in advance if you arrive late. He will give you the code for the harbour accomodations. Everything is very tidy and clean.
There are some good fish restaurants on the other side of the canal/river.

The guest marina is at the far end of the port. There are signs (Guest or Gosc) pointing you at the right direction. It might be a little difficult to navigate in the dark, since there are some junctions.
The accomodations are in good shape and clean. You need 10 sloty for the showers. The harbour master will give you the change if you dont have coins. Please note, that you have to put exactly 10 sloty into the machine or the shower won't start. After some time your credit is deleted and you won't geht your coins back if you did not put in enough coins.
The area is not very nice in particular. You will find some shops in a 10 minutes walking distance.
