Den gamle fergekaia er ikke vedlikeholdt. Den er nå i privat eie. Jeg lå der i august med seilbåt for å besøke kirka. Men ellers anbefales ikke brygga. Innseilnga til småbåthavna blir stadig fult av sand og så svært grunn ut. Kirka fra 1100 talley er et av stedene i kystpimegrimsleia fra Egersund til Nidaros.
